Blake Martin is a seasoned healthcare innovator with over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, where he developed a deep appreciation for the power of advanced medical technology. He went on to co-found Connexus Clinic and DexaFit-Mobile, establishing Connexus as a leader in sustainable weight loss across Mobile and Baldwin County, and launching Alabama’s only commercial Dexa scanner for full body composition analysis.

A former athlete and father of three, Blake understands the challenges of balancing peak health with a busy lifestyle. His personal approach to wellness emphasizes practical, sustainable systems for fitness and nutrition—helping Telomere clients achieve lasting results without compromise.

Dr. Zachary Stevenson, MD, MHA, is a dual board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine, currently practicing at USA Providence Emergency Department. With a specialized focus on hormone replacement therapy, and advanced health optimization, Dr. Stevenson brings a depth of clinical knowledge and a progressive approach to wellness. He is honored to serve as Medical Director of Telomere Concierge, where he supports a personalized, science-driven model of care.

Michael Smith, PA-C, MHS, MBA is a certified Physician Associate with over seven years of experience in emergency medicine. Drawing on his clinical expertise and fascination with the science of longevity, Michael joined this concierge anti-aging and regenerative medicine practice to help patients take a proactive approach to their health. Inspired early on by his stepfather’s teachings, he is passionate about guiding others toward optimal wellness and performance. As President and CEO, Michael leads with a vision to combine cutting-edge regenerative therapies with a personalized, hybrid concierge model—empowering clients to achieve their health, vitality, and lifestyle goals.
