There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make — your rewards can add up quickly. If your total credits exceed your annual membership fee, the balance will automatically roll over and apply to the next year’s renewal.

Acute Care Family Plan

Extend the benefits of concierge-level care to your loved ones. The Acute Care Family Add-On provides convenient access for spouses or children of active HRT or Elite Concierge members.
Included Services:
- Management of urgent-care–type conditions such as cold and flu, minor infections, or mild orthopedic injuries
- Up to two (2) separate visits per month
